Blood Donation and Free Medical Camp on 28 April 2013

A mega blood donation camp and a free medical camp was organized in the premises of Shah Satnam Ji Dham on the 65th foundation day of Dera Sacha Sauda (confluence of all religions) and the 6th anniversary of Jaam-e-Insan (the holy nectar). Both camps were inaugurated by His Holiness Guruji by “joining of ribbons”, a practice customary and unique to this organisation. The Spiritual community was full of passion for donating blood. 14 teams from different parts of the country reported over there to collect the blood. 4177 units of blood were donated and 1751 patients got their treatment here free of cost.
While talking to the media persons His Holiness Guruji exhorted, “Beparawah Shah Mastana Ji Maharaj founded Dera Sacha Sauda on April 29, 1948. On this occasion Free Blood Donation and General Medical Camps are being organized. Since its foundation Dera Sacha Sauda has been making the people aware to quit drugs and narcotics.”
While expressing His concerns for the mishaps being done with the girls in the society His Holiness Guruji said, “If the kids are provided with religious knowledge since the childhood, these kinds of vices would definitely come to a halt. Moreover, there must be ban on drugs. On following the religious knowledge by everyone, the vices will come to an end automatically. On having the drugs man becomes a devil and these kinds of incidents do occur.”
While answering to the question about cleaning of the Yamuna River, His Excellency Guruji said, “There is a wait for the permission only otherwise lakhs of volunteers are ready for cleaning this. The spiritual community (sadh Sangat) is ready to take the responsibility of all the religious places even.”
Before the commencement of these camps, His Holiness Guruji asked for well beings of the doctors present over there and showered holy blessings upon them. Moreover, HE persuaded the blood donors to participate and step ahead towards the humanitarian activities in the same way and blessed them too.

Celebration Of 65th Foundation Day & 6th Jaam-E-Insan Anniversary

Globally renowned Socio-Spiritual Organization, Dera Sacha Sauda, which is presently engaged in 96 humanitarian activities like environmental protection, relief work in natural disasters, blood donation, providing financial assistance to the destitute and crippled ones, etc. Being the Foundation Day of Dera Sacha Sauda and anniversary of ‘Jaam-E-Insan Guru ka’ April 29th is a memorable day for Dera followers. 5th Free Polio Corrective Surgery Camp Successfully Held

5th free polio check-up camp was conducted by Shah Satnam Ji Research and Development Foundation in the premises of Shah Satnam Ji Dham, Sirsa (Hry) on April 18, 2013. Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan (addressed as “Pitaji” by over 50 million faithful followers presently) inaugurated the campaign with His pious hands by joining the ribbons. Several renowned ortho-surgeons rendered their services in the camp free of cost. Thousands of patients reached over there from different states of India to take the benefits of health services in the camp. Scores of patients were screened up for the operations. Callipers, artificial limbs and free medicines were provided to the patients.

His Holiness Guruji asked for well beings of the doctors present over there and showered holy blessings upon them. While talking to the media persons, His Excellency Guruji said, “On this day Beparwah Mastana Ji Maharaj (Founder of Dera Sacha Sauda) merged with the Divine light and went back to the Eternal Abode. This camp is being organized every year since 2010. Here, in the camp, patients would be provided with Callipers and artificial limbs. Moreover, they will be operated upon too. Every month a free general medical camp is also organized where all kinds of diseases are being treated. For heart patient, a special camp is also held here. To make masses aware about cleanliness, 20 cleanliness campaigns have been organized which have given positive results. We are ready to clean up the Yamuna River along with all the religious places. During the cleanliness campaigns, volunteers go to every doorstep and get the pledge forms filled by the local residents. Generally, thousands of forms are filled in every city and people are getting aware for cleanliness.”
Satisfaction and Happiness were clearly visible on the patients’ faces reached over there to get treatment for Polio. They were feeling themselves fortunate ones to get the physical treatment along with the holy blessings of His Holiness Guruji. Most of the Polio affected patients were children and youths.

A free polio check-up camp is scheduled to be conducted by Shah Satnam Ji Research and Development Foundation in the premises of Shah Satnam Ji Dham, Sirsa (Hry) on April 18, 2013, to Commerate Beparwah Shah Mastana Ji Maharaj. Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan (addressed as “Pitaji” by over 50 million faithful followers presently) will be inaugurating the campaign with His pious hands by joining the ribbons. All the necessary arrangements have already been made.
It is to mention here that time to time Dera Sacha Sauda organizes various human-welfare activities. Hitherto, four such polio camps have already been held. Noteworthy, all the patients requiring surgery will be operated upon in state of the art OTs, free of cost at the Shah Satnam Ji Super-Specialty Hospital, Sirsa. Even after the camps are done, one can visit this hospital in and get free treatment and medicines if one is economically poor. In this hospital, free medicines are distributed to poor people. Their full treatment would also be done free. There are almost all the latest machines, which are used to treat the suffering patients.
Surgeries will be conducted by the renowned ortho-surgeons. A dedicated team from Pandit Bhagvat Dayal Sharma University Rohtak under the leadership of Dr. Raj Singh will be giving its services. Moreover, Dr. Pankaj Sharma and Dr. Vedika Sharma will also be adding a helping hand.

Callipers, artificial limbs and free medicines would be provided to the patients so that they can walk themselves and earn their livelihood.
Polio affected persons, who do not have a wheelchair, can attend the camp.

Cleanliness Earth Campaign in Noida, U.P. on 13th April 2013

In the series of Cleanliness Earth Campaign, under the patronage of Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan; Dera Sacha Sauda organized a cleanliness campaign in Noida (Gautam Budh Nagar), a district of Uttar Pradesh adjoining the Indian capital on 13th April 2013. More than 3, 00,000 people participated in this campaign from all over India. It was fifth cleanliness drive conducted by Dera Sacha Sauda volunteers in the National Capital Region. Revered Guruji started the campaign by sweeping the broom himself at Shashi Chowk near the Golf Course on Saturday.

Dera Sacha Sauda had successfully completed 19 Mega Cleanliness campaigns all across India. Noida was the 20th venue where this drive brought a new wave of awareness to people of this industrial region. The First Earth Cleanse Campaign was flagged off, on 23rd September 2011, from the Raj Ghat when the Dera volunteers cleaned the entire city of Delhi in less than two days. Gurgaon, Faridabad, Rohtak and Narela are the other areas in the NCR where this drive has been conducted successfully.
On 13th April, despite the short notice of merely 13-14 hours, Dera Sacha Sauda members thronged to Noida as if in a giant marriage procession. Never has one seen Noida so sparklingly cleaned within a few hours. From the stench-yards of open drains to dead shrubbery , all vestiges of mosquito and germ food was dug out and lined for disposal.
The locals were amazed as Volunteers from Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Utter Pradesh and Delhi poured in especially for this cleanliness drive. There were some from overseas as senior doctors, engineers and other professionals also rubbed shoulders with farmers and commoners.

As Guruji released the balloons to initiate; millions of hands waved in solidarity. As Guruji flagged off the event after sweeping the road , it was a giant machine set in motion , made of millions of men and women acting in unison. This drive concluded with aggregation of hundreds of tons of solid waste. The campaign divided Noida into four different zones. People of every caste, creed, class and vocation ion including highly placed dignitaries joined the campaign.
On the inaugural of cleanliness drives Guruji addressed the media and stressed the importance of cleanliness in every religious and spiritual pursuit. By this society will be freed from maladies , while citing the precipitous drop in Dengue cases in Delhi after the drive.

Volunteers are ready to clean the Yamuna

On a pointed query by a journalist about cleaning up the Yamuna River, Guruji said that the volunteers are ready to clean the Yamuna. Not as a onetime gesture but are ready to maintain it clean forever. Guruji exhorted that not only the Ganga or the Yamuna but Dera Sacha Sauda is ready to keep all rivers and holy places filth free. Guruji said that an estimated 1.5-2.0 million volunteers could be marshaled in case the government gave its nod. Guruji said that there was no other motive ascribable to the Dera as these drives were for a larger common good and the reluctance of the authorities was hard to explain.

Dera Sacha Sauda’s Name Recorded in ‘India Book of Records’

During the Satsang held on the festival of Holi, His Holiness Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan released the record letter and medal which the Dera Sacha Sauda received from ‘India Book of Records’. On this occasion the whole pavilion site was vibrant with the applauds and nara (holy slogans) ‘Dhan Dhan Satguru Tera Hi Asra‘ in chorus by the followers present over there.

96 humanitarian activities are being actively pursued by the Dera Sacha Sauda presently. And Dera followers participate in all these activities with great passion and enthusiasm. On September 23, 2011, 61,752 people pledged to donate blood regularly and this has been recorded in ‘India Book of Records’. Consequently, Dera Sacha Sauda has been awarded with a medal and record letter. On March 27, 2013 Revered Guru Ji released both of these. Noteworthy, Dera Sacha Sauda has already earned 14 records in ‘Guinness Book of World Records’; two records in ‘Limca Book of World Records’ and eight in ‘Asia Book of Records’.

On the festival of Holi, Dera Sacha Sauda conducted a free medical camp. Under the holy leadership of Guru Ji, the followers have been participating in welfare activities on every festival to express their happiness. Similarly, on March 27, 2013 a free medical camp was organized by them.

To aware the general public regarding sanitation and hygiene in Kaithal City a cleanliness campaign was conducted. And this was the incomparable present for the local residents in the form of cleanliness followed by Satsang. When the whole country was celebrating the festival of Holi, on the same day Dera volunteers reached over here from different states of country as well as from abroad too. Around 4 Lakhs followers participated in this campaign and cleaned up the whole city in merely 2 hours. Everyone was amazed to see the passion among them.
This campaign was inaugurated by Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan (addressed as “Pitaji” by over 5 million followers presently) by cleaning the specific area and unfurling the green flag. After that, His Excellency Guruji released the balloons indicating the slogans related to cleanliness. Respected Guruji and HIS most adorable mother Mata Nasib Kaur Ji Insan cleaned the specific area to make the earth a better place to stay and motivated others to do the same. And just after getting the commandment from Guruji, Sadh Sangat, which was divided into 5 zones, having the necessary tools, got engaged intently in cleaning and made the whole city neat and clean. Along with cleaning the city, volunteers were also engaged in getting the pledge forms filled up by the local public for cleaning their surroundings and never undergo female feticide. On this occasion, Public Works Minister Randeep Surjevala, MLA Kalayat and former Minister (Rampal Majra), MLA Rania (Krishan Kamboj), Former MLA (Dilluram Bajigar), Former MLA (Rambhaj) and many other dignitaries were also present over there. All of them expressed their heartfelt thanks for cleaning the city.
During the inauguration ceremony, Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan said, “These campaigns are aimed at making the people aware about cleanliness. Due to garbage and litter many diseases take place; swine flu is one of the examples. If everyone cleans his surroundings then there will not be any disease. With cleanliness, diseases will automatically get a halt. And within clean environment one could be concentrated on divine words much more than the dirty one. In the scriptures also it is mentioned that to become internally pure one is required to clean the surroundings. So, one must follow the same. India is credited with the crown of ‘Vishvguru’. It is very painful if one addresses our country as dirty one and it just happens due to carelessness of some people. It is our duty to clean the surroundings so that no one can hurt us by saying it as dirty country.
Volunteers of Shah Satnam Ji Green ‘S’ Welfare Force Wing are engaged in cleanliness campaign without having any self motive. Even they bear the transportation fare and bring necessary tools with them. Fortunate are the volunteers who have reached here to clean the city. One receives the money for getting any work done for others, same way the people who remain engaged in selfless services, God Almighty bestows immense happiness upon them. Everyone must plant the saplings too along with cleaning the surroundings. Your children may or may not help you but the tree will definitely help you and your generations in future. Volunteers from every field; be it doctor, engineer, teacher or social worker and many others having brooms, spades and other tools with them to participate in this drive.
Along with cleanliness campaign, 96 welfare activities including blood donation, tree plantation, body donation, eye donation, prostitution eradication, divorcee marriage, not giving and taking bribe, crown of the dynasty, supporting handicapped etc. are being conducted by Dera Sacha Sauda presently. On answering the question that Are You ready to clean up Yamuna River if the Govt. permits you for the same, His Holiness Guruji said, “With God’s grace the volunteers can clean it within one or two days. Moreover, we are ready to clean all the religious places not only the Yamuna River. Just for an estimate if 3 lakhs people reach for cleaning a city and on an average if they have spent only 100 Rs for transportation fare then it becomes 3 crore Rs. The volunteer come up by bearing all the expenses themselves, having food and water even with them. They don’t take anything from anyone.”
His Excellency Guruji said, “During the cleanliness campaign in Haridwar, thousands tons of garbage were collected from Ganges River from Rishikesh to Rurki. We are ready to dig the drain along with the Ganga River for the sewerage. By doing this, water of holy Ganga River will be cleaned and by visiting more visitors it would be a source of income too.
Many drug dealers are creating conspiracies against Dera because we are conducting anti-drug campaigns. And all the allegations made by them on Dera are just baseless. They are trying to defame the Ashram. On this festival of Holi, volunteers have reached over here to celebrate it by throwing out the garbage of this city.
Under the ‘Kul ka Crown’ (crown of the dynasty) drive being conducted by Dera volunteers, the bride goes with barat to the broom and brings him at her home and he takes care her parents as his own. Such girls have been nominated as ‘Kul ka Crown’ and the boys as ‘Bhagt Mard Gaji’ and 3 such marriages have been solemnized so far. We adopt the prostitutes as our daughters who wish to quit this abhorrent profession and merge into the mainstream society. Those girls are nominated as ‘Shubh Devi’ (prosperous angels) and the boys coming ahead to marry those girls are named as ‘Bhagt Yodha’ (Devout Warriors). 17 such marriages have been solemnized so far. More than 1500 volunteers have come up to marry them just on a single exhortation. His Holiness Guruji persuaded such girls to quit this stigmatic profession; the bright future is here for them. Female Feticide is a grave sin; so one must not undergo it. Here, the pledge forms are also being filled up. To end up this menace, ‘Shahi Betiyan Basera’ (Abode for Royal Daughters) has been established by Dera Sacha Sauda where 22 such daughters are living presently. These girls are bringing laurels for the country in the field of education as well as in sports. Parents are advised to bring up their girls in the same way as they do for their sons. They must not discriminate boys and girls. Girls must also be instilled with passion and self confidence so that they should not consider themselves weak in any way.
The players of Shah Satnam Ji Educational Institutes have been bringing laurels to the country. The girls from these institutes have participated in Asian games Throw Ball, Yoga and Rollar Skating and won Asia cups in these games once, twice and thrice respectively. Dera Sacha Sauda has set 14 Guinness World Records and 8 Asia Records for blood donation, tree plantation and conducting medical camps.”
His Holiness Guruji says, “Our motive is to serve the humanity, not to making the records. All the records are dwarf before the passion and enthusiasm of the followers. Saints always pray for other’s well being and God definitely accede to their prayers. It is necessary to have inner-self pure along with the external fitness. And this is possible only with the method of meditation. This is just with the grace of Almighty that scores of people are coming ahead to serve the humanity. Moreover, thousands of people have quit the addiction of drugs by rendering selfless services in the Ashram for 7 days and reciting God’s words.”
On this occasion, Public Works Minister Randeep Surjevala said, “Everyone in the country is appreciating Dera Sacha Sauda for conducting the campaigns to aware the public. Cleanliness Campaign, Female Feticide Campaign and marrying the consenting ex prostitutes are some of the biggest campaigns after the independence of the Country. Every common man must follow all this. By Dera’s cleanliness campaigns in 8 countries people have become more energized.” He assured the help from Haryana Govt. during the cleaning of Yamuna River by Dera Sacha Sauda.

Inauguration of 19th Campaign

19th Cleanliness Campaign in Kaithal, Haryana on 26th March, 2013

Dera Sacha Sauda, the spiritual organization based out in Sirsa, Haryana is all set to drive its 19th Mega Cleanliness Campaign in Kaithal, Haryana on Tuesday, 26-March-2013 under the holy guidance of its spiritual leader Revered Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan.
